Kingdom Defense 3D

Kingdom Defense 3D is a fully three-dimensional tower-defense strategy game. Enemies follow the roads towards your gate while you choose tower positions, manage gold and move your hero to the places that need help. The battlefield, buildings, soldiers, enemies and projectiles are modelled in 3D. Rotate and zoom the camera to inspect your defences from different angles. Twelve stages take you from green outposts and forest passes through snowy mountains to a fiery citadel. Split routes, multiple entrances and different building sites change the plan on each map.

Each of the four tower families has a distinct role. Archers fire quickly at individual targets, barracks deploy soldiers to hold enemies back, mages help defeat heavy armour, and artillery hits groups with explosions. Upgrade the basic towers, then choose between two specialisations: Forest Rangers or Musketeers, Paladins or Barbarians, Arcane Wizards or Sorcerers, and an electrical tower or a heavy cannon. Advanced towers offer extra abilities such as poison, roots, healing, piercing shots, teleportation and chain lightning. Sell an unwanted tower to recover part of its cost, or move a barracks rally point to block a more useful stretch of road.

Choose a knight, ranger, mage or dwarf and click a position to send the hero there. Heroes fight alongside your soldiers and return after being defeated. Reinforcements temporarily cover a gap in your defence; a meteor strike helps break up a dangerous group. Both spells need time to recharge. Goblins, orcs, wolves, shamans, armoured knights, flying creatures, trolls and large bosses have different strengths. Consult the enemy encyclopaedia and combine ranged attacks, magic and infantry rather than relying on a single tower type.

Earn stars for defending each stage and spend them on permanent upgrades across five categories. Alongside the campaign, a fully completed stage unlocks Heroic and Iron challenges. Pick Easy, Normal or Hard difficulty, call a wave early for extra gold, adjust battle speed, or pause while planning your next build.

Play on a computer, phone or tablet. Guest progress stays separately in this browser. Signing in saves completed stages, stars, upgrades and settings to your account. “Invite a friend to play” brings up to eight accepted friends, including the room owner, into the same battlefield to build a shared defence. Named allies help while no friends are present. The screenshot button downloads the current game image straight to your device.
