Island Empire

Ruling an island nation is no simple task. The land area is already limited. Accordingly, you can't fit too many people. And then there are the hostile neighbors, who also lack space, and are eager to wipe you out. In short, pure survival struggle. Your task is to protect your people, repel attacks from neighbors, and build a prosperous state.
