So, we are heading to Turkey and studying a recipe from Turkish national cuisine. And what could this recipe possibly be? As it turns out, it's stuffed tomatoes. We are used to seeing tomatoes with cheese and garlic on our holiday table. But the Turks make them completely differently - they prepare a filling of rice and meat and bake them in the oven.
