Metro Crisis

This online game is called Metro Crisis. Don't be afraid—metro isn't ours, it's somewhere over there, beyond the border, and the crisis wasn't really a crisis at all. Simply, people stand in a crowded carriage, glaring at each other, and wishing their fellow passengers would get off at the next station. In short, just a regular kind of crisis. Your task is to use various manipulations to maximize the loading of the carriage.
